Amazon have advised that the payment has been made and there is nothing else they can do. This is their final decision and if I want to trace the payment I need to contact my bank. which is wrong. payment traces must always be made from the sender side. the receiving bank has much less information to even figure out where to start searching. i believe this is law too at least in the EU, but probably in the UK as well. |
