Well yeah, a Google VPN. Throw your privacy through the windows and route ALL your traffic through Googles Servers. Consider Mullvad[0] as a privacy-friendly alternative, you can even pay in cash by sending them a letter. They also don't cooperate with LE (Law Enforcement).
