No, I have not(nor has anyone I know). Talk to your doctor about your medical choices. They will likely recommend vaccination. As far as things like myocarditis goes, millions of people have been vaccinated for a year or more at this point in time. If there were any real complications for large groups of people, there would be clear indications. From my uncited understanding, you are considerably more likely to have myocarditis from covid or other viral illnesses (or even just spontaneously-it happens with, e. g. Bell's palsy too).
