I have no opinion on the wise design redesign except the app is beginning to break ( can’t edit failed transfers, web app points to email and email points back to web app), non existent customer support with standard templates with execs in the UK time zone. I’d request the wise team to focus on the core product in addition to making necessary ui/ux enhancements. I use wise heavily and the recent experience has me looking for alternatives |
