> Entrapment is a practice in which a law enforcement agent or agent of the state induces a person to commit a "crime" So you think the state gives the population a good education, especially in law then? There is a saying which backs up my position, "no knowledge of the law is no defense of the law". Its a UK cultural saying, the sort of things intellectual criminals would come up with. When considering politicians, education and law enforcement are all agents of the state, it reinforces my position solidly, except for the criminals of the state who play dumb because their jobs would be on the line! |
