I'm sure the somewhat mythical claims about the healing power of noise are over-stated, but it does provide a more interesting set of noises than Chroma Doze. Excellent for long-haul flights and crappy commutes.

There are some interesting papers demonstrating reliable improvement in performance in ADHD and otherwise poorly performing people when listening to both noise and binaural beats, some publications reporting effect sizes comparable to stimulant medication.

I think I prefer Binaureal Beats. For me, Chroma Doze is too free form to be useful. I like a bit of guidance as provided by binaureal beats more.
