This seems well-written and explores some of the probable outcomes. One of the things that concerns me most is about AI is that it could strip away or reduce what makes us human - creativity, friendships, romance (https://www.abc.net.au/news/science/2023-03-01/replika-users... )

Well it has a lot of content on this topic, certainly.

Maybe we'll discover that being human is about a lot more than just creativity, friendships, and romance. These things are important, but are they necessarily what makes us human or are they the part of humanness that is most important or valuable?
