I agree, but I'd add in the caveat of "... in the context of a fleshed out bigger picture for what you're trying to solve". A lot of software lacks a clear plan. A big patchwork of local maxima commits that won't get you where you need to go. So I say go ahead and draw some pretty pictures. What's the overall vision here? |
