How much were you drinking? I have never heard anything like this. If you brewed it at home, then you should know that yes, acetobacter the bacteria part of the SCOBY converts the alcohol that the yeast creates from the sugar into acetic acid. Vinegar is 5-8% acetic acid. This isn't secret, sacred knowledge. Sounds like you over did it, no need to spread your FUD around. |
