Don't take this as advice, but I see housing prices/rents crashing once office space owners see this as a valid option and strive to outcompete other other real estate owners. This is particularly encouraging as it kills a number of birds with one stone: * Helps real estate owners see a way to recoup losses from empty space * Solves the housing shortage * Puts an end to the b.s. "CEOs say WFH doesn't work", "Offices are the new-old social hangouts" articles trying to drive office space demand back up. |
