Right, the question is: given that 1Password is adding support for passkeys (https://www.future.1password.com/passkeys/), are they going to support exporting them once they are a passkey provider? I don't see any indication that they are. If they don't plan to support exporting and importing into other ecosystems, then I would argue that their implementation is not portable.
