I used nintendo IP intentionally with the hope that they would end up having to act one way or another (sue or not sue) and have to make a statement on why they decided to make said decision. Nintendo have been known to be pretty trigger happy on DMCA'ing stuff that contains their IP without permission.

Oh, also I intentionally chose an image that was generated by an AI rather than myself and I did not use any copyright infringing terms to generate it. It also does not contain any trademarks and is substantially different from any previous works created by nintendo.
