The author very likely did learn nothing, he unfortunately doesn't have a sense for appreciation and learning: "... when you visit a museum everything is kind of broken, so nothing is really that impressive." You have to have a certain level of historical, scientific, and cultural apathy and arrogance to be able to say something like that with a straight face. Being in a museum is a humbling experience. |
