- Gmail -- maybe not good with privacy - Yahoo - (?) - Microsoft/Outlook - (?) - Hey.com - very opinionated but it seems good - Proton -- seems good and privacy first - Fastmail - privacy first

I've seen https://purelymail.com/ and many claim it's a great option and cheap option.

I have been starting to use Proton, no real complaints about it so far but have yet to leave gmail. Fairly sick of various aspects of gmail/google and am ready to move on.
