What they are describing as ‘hell’ is regarded as an attractive working class job by many in China. By these standards, Teslas are made in hell, and Twitter is hell these days too.

This tries to be an anti-Apple hit piece, but is really an anti-China piece in disguise.

"Workers describe a peak production season marred by labor protests" sounds like the workers have some reason to protest, regardless of their social status. Just saying that it's not as bad as some other job doesn't negate their protests.
In hell, workers do not protest.
