Consider it from the perspective of the people hiring: When I'm hiring people, usually only 1-2% of the applicants stand out from the crowd with their LinkedIn profile and resume / CV. How can your make your profile and CV stand out, so you're invited for the interview? When you have a great profile and CV, you can be confident that you're putting your best foot forward, and if they don't invite you for an interview, it's probably not a good match anyway. |
