Depends on whether you are facing a disinformation campaign on a social network or whether you need to crush Russian armor rolling over the border. Technology is notoriously two-faced. Or zero-faced if you can't produce it. The medieval people didn't have to worry about Facebook memes influencing the clergy and triggering heresies. |
