Oh I can relate to this. Bought my mum an android phone when my daughter was born so I could share photos and do video calls. It was such a hassle doing support over the phone (She lives in NZ and I was in Singapore, and now Taiwan) Bought her an iPhone 12. Apple support helped her set it up over the phone. 2 years and I haven’t played IT guy once! |
