I think a better start would be to not sell any food that is delivered to either you or the customer in plastic packaging. Just paper, cloth, metal, and glass. I think you'll be able to reach a larger market that way, and if you are delivering then charge a small fee to take back the empty containers to either recycle or reuse. |
