A small suggestion for OP. This sounds pretty interesting, but I'm left with many practical questions. Your site should be focused on trying to explain this concept and clarify exactly what you mean by zero waste. I would assume that a delivery driver isn't going to lug a giant barrel of beans up to some 3rd floor walk up, tell you to hold out your hands, dip a scoop into the barrel, and tell you to say when you've got enough beans, but that's literally how "zero waste" might possibly be interpreted literally. How does this actually work in practice if I wanted some of dem beans? What do they come wrapped in? Is it safe? How do you handle messy foods? |
