I am using it almost daily. It's better than Wikipedia.

Its kind of like rubber ducking with a fairly smart duck. Plus the variety of topic one can ask it is infinite (as opposed to Wikipedia)

It also responds in a very humanly way (tell it you are feeling anxiety for example)

In the last 10 or maybe even 20 years it's one of the few new tech that has had me stunned.

Sometimes I make it create poems too, very simple ones on things very contextual.

How do you deal with its lack of factual accuracy?

If you don't know the subject you are asking about, how can you tell if it is just making up facts? Because it does - not always, arguably not often, but it does happen.

I don't ask factual question. Its the wrong tool for factual questions.
OK, but them I'm sincerely confused by your statement that: "It's better than Wikipedia." If you don't want facts, what do you use Wikipedia for?
