IMO, obvious one is decrease in salary increases(maybe to the usual 2-3 percent). Next one is job hopping is going to be harder(can't get much more by that). Foreigners are going to have harder time(maybe even halved, though their lower expectation can play well into the hands of the companies). Remote work by foreigners are sought after(major increase). |
