Define “in play”. The current administration campaigned on blocking all new exploratory leases, which they’ve done (and is now in a confusing legal battle). The current administration also blocked the Keystone pipeline. So no new ventures, and no cheap transportation from our partners to our north. Seems like the North American industry is being starved. |
