If taxes are substantially higher - that will get passed down to the renter. Should renting be a privilege only for the rich? What happens when you're <30 and moving around for school & to get your first few years of experience? What happens when your credit is awful and no one will lend you money for a house even if housing is 3% cheaper because there's less investors elbowing you out? |
