Windows 11 requires a minimum security set on their hardware limiting it to machines only a few years old.

And remember it's not like it actually needs any of it. There's a few checks of the form "if(doesntHaveTpm2) refuseToWork();" in the code, but people have hacked around those and then everything worked fine still.
