Hiring the right people is only a part of a successful process improvement initiative: maybe you should position yourself as a general devops consultant, itself a problematic role but less than a devops headhunter, and treat interviews as one of many things to do if needed (in many cases the client would make do with current personnel, hopefully with training). |
