1) Therapy can't hurt
2) Mindfulness meditation to learn to be in the moment and to accept your feelings without letting them control you.
3) Accept that you feel this way and just keep doing what you want to do anyway. There are some ways you ARE inferior, and many ways you are not. Inferiority doesn't mean you shouldn't keep trying and doesn't mean you won't succeed. |
