Full disclosure, I'm the host of this podcast. I sat down with two of our engineers to discuss our experience over the past few years and what we've learned from it!
It's a good first episode! One suggestion from me (with no podcasting experience other than as a listener): a good microphone can improve the audio quality by a lot. It sounds like your microphone doesn't pick up the lower frequencies of your voice well. I don't have a strong recommendation but for example the Shure SM58 is cheap and battle tested.
Good luck with the next episodes! It would be great to have a Haskell counterpart to Signals and Threads. I would be very interested to hear about the details of specific engineering problems that you guys have faced and solved.
