After 2 years of WFH, the RTO complaints are absolutely valid. Everyone saw that it was not necessary for most people to be at the office to continue doing their work, but now they are being forced to go back because... 1. HR needs to justify real estate costs or HR will be cut back 2. HR wants to fire some people who refuse to go back because if they're not in the office then HR will be cut back 3. HR doesn't like the people that WFH because they are bucking the pay bands and if HR doesn't enforce the arbitrary salary bands then there won't be budget for hiring and HR will be cut back |
