Your website looks pretty nice. But, the title/banner with a changing word/phrase is annoying. When the length of that word/phrase changes, the whole thing shifts and it's kind of jarring. At irregular window sizes, the whole page shifts up and down every few seconds.

A good fix would be to make every word/phrase the same length, or make the banner static.
