Can't answer all of the questions now, but if you are living in a small space, then I highly recommend "Adjustable Weights". I have the type where you turn a dial on the weight and I can get anything between 4 and 20 kgs. It's pricey, but a lot cheaper than buying all the weight sizes you want, or struggling with those weights you have to twist onto a bar. The convenience is what makes it great, but the small space it takes a major plus. |
