LLMs are kind of prohibitive to run, I don't think I have enough VRAM for any of the good ones. (is GPT-3 even available to download?)

No it's an API endpoint from openai, which they use to provide chatgpt which is a wrapper around gpt 3.5 or 4 or whatever
