In every company I worked at, Salesforce and HubSpot has been a struggle. The sync breaks, the Salesforce logs are hard to decipher. We had a full-time person dedicated to reconciling the billing with the CRM, and even sometimes manually syncing them yeesh. Im sure they’d be thankful for any tools that could help - happy to connect you if you’d like. Info in my profile Out of curiosity, how do you guys detect sync issues? Will you handle the reverse-ETL side as well? |
