Cops are plumbers. They mostly fill out paperwork and look at things (and fill out more paperwork). Listen to the police scanner sometime. It is mostly boring. "Dispatch, my arrestee just swallowed a bag of cocaine. Moving to meet EMS" is about as exciting things get. |
