They raised ~$47M and it's not clear how successful they've been. Assuming it's been a bit rocky and this was a soft landing, the my ball park guess is ~$75M. That's likely a mixture of stock and cash. As it seems to be an acquihire, likely mostly stock in order to retain them. |
