Agreed, full red flag and hands off those guys, everytime we hired such a person it ended badly, and they left or had to leave after another year ;) Gaind nothing, usually negative work (though it is unfair to generalize, but why take the risk if there are better candidates). Even two years, and a fine&competent person, cost of onboarding to everything is usually just too high. |
