You need to get a pro (or skilled and trusted mentor) to examine your resume and how you are communicating. Right off the bat, saying you are in your mid-20's with "8 years of experience" sounds not quite right-- like you're stretching a bit. You absolutely might not be, but that's how it comes off. Big traditional companies frown on too many 1-yearish stints. The first couple of jobs, sure that's OK, but 5 in a row is a red-flag for many. They will wonder if you're just going to be there for a year and then vanish. |
