I guess always be transparent about what you actually have done when reporting, also it is good to have a written KPI tracker or something that would actually keep track of your accomplishments, your learning path and the next steps you will be taking in order to be successful. Maybe put everything on a kanban board. When the time comes for reviews, you will have everything structured. |
