Author here - while I'm not big by any stretch of the word, I'm not new to cooling reviews. I've published cooling reviews to Tom's Hardware and other platforms. When it comes to review samples - I'll say this : It depends on the product you're reviewing (and how expensive it is), and the history you have of reviewing similar products. The cheaper an item is, the more likely the companies will send it to smaller reviewers. |
