Per the article: It told the doctor that it would enforce a contract clause requiring employees to give 120 days’ notice when quitting or pay a hefty fee, equivalent to his salary for the remainder of that four-month window. Management said, “We will make you pay” and “The contract will be enforced.” If you mean show up but not do all the work, there might be something in the contract for that too, if they're putting this bullshit into it. |
