Know all about good bass. If it doesn’t ripple the shirt it’s not trying. I seem to remember that closed ear cans were required to get the best bass response and you might need to go with wired cans to move enough power. I suggest a good headphone amp and equalizer coupled to a good(!) pair of studio reference cans. With this setup you can push as much power as you want in any particular style you like. My hearings shot. Last pair I bought were Grado sr-80 for the high end response. Needed somewhat bright cans to replace what I lost. Can’t use open ear things cuz the neighbours hear. Only listen rarely. Edit: check headphones.com. Get their advice. |
