I am 40. I mountain bike as many times as I can (pedal up, descend on singletrack) during the weekend on cold months and during the week as well when there is still light in the evening. I live in Europe so the uphill is 80% of the times on paved road. Standard short activity is 10 to 20Km and longer rides can be up to 40 or more.

When there's too much snow to even have fun, I hike or run. I recently picked up running by doing couch to 5K with my SO.

During the week I lift weights 2 to 3 days.
