I do 4 gym sessions per week, usually Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Specifically I follow nSuns 5/3/1 (https://liftvault.com/programs/powerlifting/n-suns-lifting-s...), although I've changed up some exercises to an alternative. My workout is usually between 50-70 minutes. I also go for a 2 hour hike, once or twice per week. |
