Where do you get this information? As someone who has lived rural before going to a city I can assure you there is plenty of prepackaged junk to be found. Actually it wasn't until I got to a city that I had real access to high quality healthy food. Also the city has more opportunity for moving about. Even just going out to places gives more opportunities to walk and move yourself. Whereas being rural you just drive everywhere |
