I'm curious to learn more about your outreach process, and finding sponsors for your newsletter. Always seems like such a grind - how do you find them? How do you ask them? How do you determine what is a fair rate for sponsorship, etc?

Most of my sponsors are inbound through the newsletter and from referrals, I haven't done any outreach so far but plan to do this in the future. Lots of resources for rates though, easiest is a flat rate or charge CPM per send.
