Do you mean anchors as in clickable objects, or do you mean attachments points on nodes for incident edges that stay attached if the node is dragged?

I mean attachment points. I didn't need clickable objects in my presentation so I don't know about them.

Yes. Is there a specification for what we need to implement? The native SVG generator is easily modified.
