While you are wrong in the sense that we know it’s not intelligent because we built it and know how it works, you mention an important philosophical question: There is no way for you to know if anyone or anything else besides you is truly conscious.

If one is consistently that radically skeptical, one cannot rationally assert anything predicated on there being anyone or anything else. To make the argument only for consciousness would be rather tendentious.
