I'd be more worried about the problems Google outlined in their paper "Machine Learning: the high interest credit card of technical debt" (https://research.google/pubs/pub43146/)

Once more content is created with AI, and then AI is trained on it, we get this irreversible learning loop because you won't know who or what wrote your training data. It's that paper, but without the human in the loop any more.

Arguably society itself suffers from much of the same problem. Old ideas -- including -ways- of talking about and framing issues -- stick around longer than is necessary and useful.
