You will be tracked and trapped in your suburb and happy about it.—IClimate ( https://iowaclimate.org/2022/12/03/oxford-2024-climate-lockd... ) But I'm not sure the cars are in this exact article, but you get the idea. Where I live we already starting to feel the pressure on car owners (I'm not one) for over 5 years.

That's about as coherent a problem as "Bill Gates injecting microchips in your arm via vaccines to control you via 5G".

If Oxford really wanted to restrict your movement they wouldn't be making it easier to cycle.
