> Can you blame him? Absolutely. Good business owners know their limits and how to utilize people that have the skills they don't have. It doesn't matter if he "hasn't needed to do it before." He's an adult with multiple companies under his belt. He should absolutely know better and that fact that he doesn't is breaking trust consumers have with his ability to lead efffectively. |
